Intown Community Church has deep-rooted gospel DNA; a passion for seeing the gospel impact our community, our city, and our world. 

Our church is a resource church, and our best resources are our people. We are blessed to be located in a major metro area, within a significant medical research/educational corridor with a diverse community. Providentially, Intown has often been a way station for many in their educational and career stages. Through our people and our ministries, they have encountered Jesus and been changed, loved, and moved on to impact communities, workplaces and churches nationwide and internationally.

Over the past year, we have engaged in a thoughtful and thorough organizational health analysis. That process has revealed a significant gap in our executive/strategic leadership. The existing gap has prevented us from fully realizing our Mission, Vision and Values within our ministry context. 

We desire meaningful gospel engagement leveraging our diverse body, gifted ministry leaders, and clear Mission, Vision, and Values. We need a gifted leader to help us turn these resources into clear strategic plans that can be implemented by our staff in a context of teamwork, trust, creativity, confidence, and accountability. This leader will co-labor with our senior pastor as a partner and advisor, working to ensure that every ministry of Intown is clearly aligned with our mission, resourced in a way that energizes leaders, and positioned for effective gospel impact and sustainable growth.
