While Caroline is studying for an MDiv degree at Covenant Seminary, she is working to assist in the planning and organizing of training events and retreats for RUF ministries around the country.
Abby Agan
RUF Intern - University of California - Berkeley
RUF at the University of California-Berkeley is a ministry to reach college students with the renewing and healing power of the gospel, equipping them to service in the church for a lifetime.
Much of Abby’s role is to meet one-on-one with students to shepherd and encourage them, particularly freshman girls who are navigating unique transitions during a lonely and overwhelming time of life.
Ben & Na Young Allin InterFACE Ministries
Ben Allin and Na Young Kim lead the Intown4Peace, Intown ELL ministries of Intown that help Intown members and cross-cultural workers-in-training grow in cultural humility, intercultural learning, and inter-religious education.
Matthew serves the Director of Mobilization for Second Level, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting new Japanese Christians through discipleship and mentorship.
Angela’s ministry is to link hands and resources with the children and families that come to Hope Community Center. They show care through helping and supporting the children and families in their needs and challenges of life.
The C family is serving in Southern Europe through personal and team development in outdoor wilderness settings.
Chris serves in Thailand with an MTW church-planting team. Chris is involved in helping to plant a third church and restart a university outreach ministry. He loves serving within the local church and building relationships with the people of Thailand in order to share the reason for the hope he has.
Abigail’s work helps to advance the church planting movement in El Salvador. Through evangelism, discipleship, and equipping of national qualified church leadership, she is involved in helping to develop and establish Presbyterian churches in El Salvador.
Serving as an Executive Assistant for TeachBeyond allows Charlene to use her administrative gifts to support ministry in 72 countries. She participates in steering committees, project support teams, and is on the board of a new pilot preschool in Oregon where TeachBeyond is partnering to promote Christian education in the US. For Charlene, it is a joy to use her background in education for the Kingdom.
Bob is the founder and President Emeritus of InterFace Ministries. Over the last 39 years, iFace staff have come to know people from over 150 countries. Bringing such different people together creates a unique, rich experience for all of us—students, staff, and volunteers—as we share life, what we don’t have in common, and what we do.
Tracy and Joy have the privilege of bringing US believers and their Middle Eastern brothers and sisters together for mutual encouragement. Through these encounters, they’re seeing the Lord’s kingdom grow even among the majority religions of the region.
The Davilas' are working to develop a team that will impact the culture of El Salvador. They are identifying and training leaders with the vision of starting churches in their communities.
At the same time, Rodney is continuing to give oversight to the ministry in Costa Rica with support and direction for leadership training.
The DeLormes welcome and serve International students in Mobile, Alabama. Through their service they pray that students would find life by hearing, knowing, and experiencing the love of Christ through our service and conversations.
Nathan serves as the Campus Minister with Reformed University Fellowship at Boston University, a large urban campus in the heart of Boston. Their work currently focuses on training leaders to reach the campus with the gospel so that students will love God and serve the church in (and for) all of their lives.
George serves as the campus minister for Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at Emory University. Emory RUF exists to see the stranger on campus and move towards them with the Gospel. Our hope is to cultivate a place at Emory where all students can experience friendship, rest, and the transforming message of Jesus Christ.
Allison Heredia serves with Young Life International, training staff in over 107 countries on how to use technology and the administrative platform in order for them to be more effective in their daily ministry with the kids God brings to Young Life. Young Life is an evangelical organization that seeks to share the gospel with teenagers by building relationships with them.
The Jones family serves on a church planting team in El Salvador with Mission to the World. They seek to connect with people from all walks of life, share the Gospel, disciple them in grace, and nurture a healthy body of believers who proclaim Jesus' hope to the world. Petrit works full-time with Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ) with a two-fold ministry. One aspect is reaching out to internationals in North Georgia and at the University of Georgia in Athens. The other is helping to motivate and equip local churches to make short-term trips overseas to encourage local ministries as well as help cast a vision for God's heart for the world.
Mike and Kelly's hearts desire is to see missionaries thriving as they help people all over the worldcome to know Christ, be built up in Him, and make Him known to others. They help care for and develop over 800 staff in 19 countries in Central and Eastern Europe and are based out of Budapest, Hungary.
The Mills are a part of Mission to the World's urban church-planting team in Bangkok, Thailand. Rhianna teaches at an international school, Tim works as a visual artist in Bangkok's arts community, and their family is a part of GRACE CITY Bangkok - a city-center church seeking to love and care for Bangkok in the name of Jesus Christ.
With a vision of making disciples, the mission of Second Level Ministry is to provide discipleship tools and opportunities among Japanese.
RUF at the University of Vermont exists to meet college students where they're at, but not leave them stuck there. Kathleen meets with students in order to hear their stories, questions, doubts, and hardships and then provide the hope that can be found in the Gospel. She loves getting to learn how each student is uniquely wired and gifted, and then encourages them to use those gifts by serving the Lord.
Joshua serves as an intern for Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at Emory University. RUF seeks to reach the lost at Emory and equip students there for Christian life and evangelism. Joshua meets with students individually and in small group Bible studies to pray with, disciple, and support them amidst the rigors of college life.
RUF International at the University of Central Florida exists to welcome students and scholars from all nations with Biblical hospitality, explore the Gospel of Jesus Christ with them, and equip believing international students to serve the Lord.
Amelia is serving as an English Teacher in South Korea with Teach Beyond. She says, “I have always loved teaching, and I think education can be such a powerful tool for spreading the gospel. I hope to show the students I work with that we serve a loving and kind God, while also teaching them academic concepts.”
Brian and Mandy (along with Lydia, Molly and Isabella) live in a bustling, diverse Asian city center. They seek to plant healthy churches and prepare fruitful leaders through hospitality. Brian pastors a city-center church, part of a larger network equipping local urban church planters. Brian loves reading and running. Mandy enjoys cooking for her crew and hosting others. The girls love legos, good stories and Asian food (with as many friends around the table as possible)!
Roy and Carole work on a local church planting team and spend time with local friends and a few believers. Much of their time is spent in a ministry called, “Equipping the Next Generation.” Carole helps folks with language learning techniques (GPA) to help them get really deep into the ‘languacultural’ world that God has called them to serve. Roy trains cross-cultural workers in Orality (Storytelling) so they can communicate in a way that their local friends can understand. They also oversee several church planting teams in the region.

Andrew spent many of his childhood days inside the walls of Intown, which in many ways equipped him to be sent out into the world. Along with his wife Olivia, Andrew has lived most of his adult life far from home in both Spain and New York City. For eight years Andrew served with RUF-I at Columbia University. In the summer of 2023, Andrew, Olivia, and their three boys moved to Nashville to establish a new RUF-I at Vanderbilt. There are around 2,000 internationals from over 100 countries at Vandy, and RUF-I exists to welcome them with biblical hospitality and to explore the gospel with them.

There are hundreds of thousands of university students in New York City, and over 100,00 in lower Manhattan. RUF City Campus is engaging those students with the gospel and equipping them to serve Jesus for a lifetime.
Laurie Tubbs
Young Lives
Young Lives is Young Life's ministry to teen moms. Laurie works with the local ministries in Georgia and Alabama to support their leaders as they build mentoring relationships with the girls, introduce them to Jesus Christ, and help them grow in their faith.
Buddy Eades
Worldwide Discipleship Association (WDA)
Buddy lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife Victoria, where they enjoy serving together at Intown, loving their neighbors, and learning to garden. As the leader of the Worldwide Discipleship Association (WDA) Publishing team, Buddy has overseen the publication of 50 books over the last 9 years to build mature disciples, and he is also focused on developing Life Coaching Training. Since 2016, Buddy has been working with WDA's Ministry Partners in the Philippines to take their resources and training to national leaders. As an ordained pastor in the Presbyterian Church in America, Buddy is actively involved in worship leading, teaching, and preaching.
The V Family
Mr V now leads an initiative for addressing the risks of human trafficking among minority language communities to help them find the best ways to address this modern-day slavery.
Mrs. V works to support language programs worldwide. She facilitates the development of training, and mentoring for program leaders and managers, who act as stewards of finances and people involved in language programs. She is also part of an initiative for assessing the need and helping provide health materials among minority language communities that may be overlooked by public health efforts.
