  • Praise Gang performance
On December 8, our children’s choir will be performing A Very Special Night, a children’s musical that tells the story of the first Christmas from the viewpoint of the shepherds’ children.
  • Lessons & Carols – Saturday, December 14
Lessons & Carols, presented by the Intown Music Ministry, is one of Intown's most beloved Christmas traditions. This year, the event is moving to Saturday night December 14. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this joyous Advent occasion. Lessons & Carols is free and open to the public, so invite your friends to join you. Childcare is available for children up through age 4 for both Lessons & Carols; please RSVP here for Childcare.

  • Christmas Eve – Tuesday, December 24
We will continue to have our Christmas Eve worship service on the evening of December 24. We are offering two service times this year—4:00 pm and 7:00 pm—in order to better serve our diverse community which includes families needing an earlier option as well as people with work demands. While this might mean that each service is a little smaller than previous years, we will possibly gain broader participation within our congregation and with our surrounding community. Childcare is available for children up through age 4.

  •  Sundays in December
As always, each Sunday service in December will point us toward the glory of the Incarnation. Our sermon series, entitled Everyone Wants a King: The Birth of Jesus and the Peace of the World, centers on Gabriel’s announcement to Mary of Jesus’ birth found in the first chapter of Luke’s Gospel.
